The 2024 Musclecontest Fortaleza Pro will occur on Saturday, Oct. 5, 2024, in Fortaleza, Brazil. Promoter Tamer El Guindy will host 15 IFBB Pro League Men’s Physique athletes who will try to win and qualify for the 2025 Men’s Physique Olympia competition. 

The date and location of that contest have yet to be announced at the time of this article’s publication. If the winner is already qualified, no other qualification will be awarded. The lineup is below, with names in alphabetical order.

Athletes to Watch

This is a wide-open contest, but these three athletes will likely be in the first callout, contending for the win.

Lucas Lage

Lucas Lage is coming off a runner-up finish at the 2024 Musclecontest Rio Pro on Sept. 28, 2024, won by Felipe Goncalves. Lage ranked fifth at the 2024 Musclecontest Brasilia Pro in May. Division experts and fans feel Lage’s time is coming soon, and this could be when he scores his first pro win.

Lucas Viudes

Lucas Viudes was last onstage at the 2024 Musclecontest Goiania Pro, finishing in third place. Like Lage, Viudes is considered a potential competitor but is looking for his first win and Olympia qualification in the pro ranks.

Fabio Campos

Fabio Campos was fifth at the 2024 Musclecontest Rio Pro. That was his only 2024 appearance thus far. The 2025 Olympia qualifying season is Campos’s third in the pro ranks.

Other Notes

This same weekend, a second Men’s Physique show will take place. The Koloseum Pro will be held in Milan, Italy, and it will also serve as a 2025 Olympia qualifying event.
