The 2024 Southern Muscle Showdown Pro occurred on Saturday, Oct. 5, 2024, in Dalton, GA. It featured 2025 Olympia qualifying shows for the Classic Physique and Bikini divisions. 42 IFBB Pro League athletes entered this competition between both divisions.
Damien Patrick (Classic Physique) and Ashley Hampton (Bikini) were the winners. The date and location of the 2025 Olympia have yet to be announced, but thanks to these victories, Patrick and Hampton will be eligible to compete.

Classic Physique Winner — Damien Patrick
This is the first time Patrick has competed in 2024. He was already prepping for the 2024 Classic Physique Olympia in Las Vegas, NV, on Oct. 11-12, 2024. This gave him some momentum going into this year’s Olympia. After he competes in Las Vegas, he can take an extended offseason to prepare for the 2025 Olympia.
Bikini Division Winner — Ashley Hampton
Hampton won the 2024 San Antonio Pro in San Antonio, TX, on Sept. 14, 2024, qualifying her for the 2024 Bikini Olympia. This is her second consecutive pro show victory; she earned it with a perfect score.
