Tia-Clair Toomey-Orr Wins the 2024 CrossFit Games, Her 7th Overall

Sports are unpredictable.

Except when it comes to Tia-Clair Toomey-Orr.

She wins. Every single time.

And on Sunday, after a long, emotional weekend, 30-year-old Toomey-Orr did it once again en route to becoming the seven-time CrossFit Games champion. It’s a feat no man or woman has ever achieved before her.

“I think this is definitely the best one yet. Ever,” Toomey-Orr said in a post-event interview. “I have always had a really strong support network, but this year we have really had to lean on my family to make sure [my daughter] Willow had everything she needed throughout the season…I have no regrets.”
