Built For Athletes Releases Their First-Ever Rucking Backpack

The official bag partner for HYROX, Built for Athletes (BFA), recently announced their exclusive four-piece collection for the 2024/25 season. It includes a 35L pro backpack, a 60L duffel bag, a crossbody bag, and a keychain. However, that isn’t the only new items to hit BFA’s online shelves.

On Aug. 28, 2024, BFA released their first-ever rucking backpack. Officially known as the Rucking 10L Gym Backpack, it is currently available online for $210. Its features include:

Rucking (walking or running with a weighted backpack) has numerous benefits for physiological health. Rucking consistently for five years has shown to maintain hip bone mineral density by preventing significant bone loss. Additionally, rucking can improve “squat jump maximal force, push-ups, sit-ups, and estimated maximal oxygen uptake.” (1)(2)
