The 2024 212 Olympia is the world championship contest for this division. Sixteen of the IFBB Professional League’s best athletes entered in Las Vegas, NV, on Friday, Oct. 11, 2024, to see who would stand tall center stage as champion.
Many fans want to see the matchup between defending champion Keone Pearson and two-time winner Shaun Clarida, who finished second to Pearson in 2023. They and the rest of the field took the stage for pre-judging on Friday, Oct. 11, 2024, at the Las Vegas Convention Center in Las Vegas, NV.

Commentary
Clarida, also known as “Giant Killer,” had a legion of fans in the audience, and he showed them great definition and tremendous shape. Pearson was met with cheers from the crowd as well. His shape was unmatched.
Angel Calderon Frias and Kerrith Banjo flanked the two favorites. Clarida hustled to get into each pose first so the judges would see more of him.
The two past Champions took center stage in the final callout, indicating they were in the running for the win. It came down to Pearson’s size and shape versus Clarida’s conditioning and density.
Finals To be Held in Resorts World
The final round of this contest will feature the top ten from the opening round, and they will compete for the championship at Resorts World during the Friday night finals.
