体操

  • 3 Sets: 8 Strict Pull-ups
  • Rest 30 seconds
  • 8 Wall Facing Handstand Push-ups
  • Rest 90 seconds

胸推

  • Bench press Build to a set of 2 reps @RPE 8
  • Then: 3×10 @RPE 7
  • Rest as needed between these sets

有氧

  • 30 minute AB Bike:
  • 2:45 Bike @RPE 5-6
  • 0:15 Bike @RPE 9 (close to 100%)
