  • Build to a complex @RPE 7

面向墙倒立撑

  • 5 Sets: 5 Challenging Wall Facing Handstand Push-ups
  • Rest 2 minutes between sets

有氧

  • 20 Minute EMOM:
  • Minute 1: 24 GHD Sit-ups
  • Minute 2: 1 Seated Legless Rope Climb to 15 Feet (L sit 徒手爬绳 蓝色部分下 约3米)
  • Minute 3: 30 second Row @HARD Effort Minute 4: REST (划船冲刺)
